Located on the ocean block we are approximately 100 feet to the beach. Dewey Beach is wonderful in the off season.

We are a family oriented building, however we do welcome responsible adults who are looking for a nice quiet getaway.

All rates quoted are for up to four people with an additional charge of $15.00 per night per extra guest for non family.

Rates do not include the additional Damage/Hold Security Deposit or additional charge for extra guests
