Rodney Dunes Pier 12 Dewey Beach Delaware SENIOR WEEK GUIDELINES

We do rent to responsible seniors with parental signatures on the lease. Each person coming must sign the lease and their parent must also sign. If one parent is willing to take on the responsibility of signing for everyone, that is fine as long as it is understood they are responsible for any problems that may arise regardless of who causes them.

We are not a party house and do not allow parties of any kind.

Only those named on the lease are allowed to use the premises at any time. Anyone found staying not listed on the lease will be cause for the lease to be voided. Rodney Dunes Pier 12 is not a gathering place or hangout.

Our rates are based on six people for Apartment A with a $25.00 per guest per night fee up to the maximum of eight (8) people. The rate for Apartments B & C is based on four people with an additional charge of $25 per guest per night up to the maximum of six (6) people.

We do require a refundable damage hold deposit in the amount of $1000.00 for Apartment A and $500.00 for Apartments B & C. This deposit is returned after you leave provided everything is left as found according to our lease agreement and there are no damages or charges to be deducted.

We are offering 10% off the basic rental that is booked and paid for by December 31st (not including extra guests).

Our apartments are fully furnished with everything needed to have an enjoyable stay.

We pride ourselves on being a FAMILY oriented building but we recognize the fun and importance of SENIOR WEEK as long as it is done respectfully and responsibly.
