We are a family oriented building, however we do welcome responsible adults who are looking for a nice quiet getaway.
There is an additional charge of $15.00 per day for each additional guest over 4 for non family groups.
Rates do not include the additional Damage/Hold Security Deposit or additional charge for extra guests.

Dewey Beach is wonderful in the off season. There is always something going on and the crowds have gone home. No hassel parking with no permit required after September 15, 2008 makes it simple to go and enjoy all the favorite places that Dewey Beach offers. No return of Deposit for cancellation
Cancellation: Deposits are non refundable. In the event of cancellation and the apartment is re-rented so the Landlord has been fully compensated the deposit less a 15% cancellation fee (minimum $100.00) will be returned. No refunds for checking in after the agreed upon day or for early departures.
Damage/Hold Security Deposits are returned within 30 days of your stay provided there are no deductions.
Rates are not guaranteed until confirmed and may change without notice!!
Cancellation Fee applies on all cancellations.
Deposit of 1/3 - 1/2 down may be required plus a $250.00-$1000.00 Damage Security/hold deposit
required at time of booking.
No refunds for inclement weather.
We can control some things, but weather isn't one of them!!!
