We do offer full barter on rental rates in the off season. The refundable damage hold deposit, accommodations tax, cleaning fee, charge for additional guests, and pet fee if it applies, all need to be paid for in cash.
Barter in season is only available for last minute availability. Our summer season is from May 15 to September 15. Some holiday or special events weekends may not be available for barter.
