This apartment is ground floor access and is also handicapped accessible. It is perfect for families with very small children or for our older guests since there are no stairs to climb.
It is our largest apartment offering three bedrooms (one has two twin beds, one has two double beds, and one has a queen bed) living room with fireplace, full kitchen, separate dining area, lots of closets, 1 1/2 baths, and a Florida Room. The quaint interior still reflects the old beach cottage atmosphere while offering all the modern conveniences.
The spacious living room has real board wormy chestnut paneling, harwood floors, and a brick working fireplace complete with gas logs for those romantic evenings or to just take the chill off. It is furnished with a beautiful rattan queen sleeper sofa with matching love seat, a Pappasan love seat (perfect for lounging or napping) color tv with remote, cable, a wicker desk & chair, and a vintage rocker.
The quaint full size kitchen features a full size self cleaning gas stove, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, dishes, pots & pans, and silverware.
Ww even furnish a cork screw!! There is also a built in vintage cupboard and a large pantry closet. Updated pictures will be added soon to show the addition of the new top cabinets as well as hood fan over the stove. Romantic lighting also graces the tops of all the cabinets.
There is a large double cedar lined closet in the hall.
The front bedroom (First Mate's Quarters)is furnished with a bamboo bedroom set with two twin beds, a large double dresser, and a nightstand.
The rear bedroom (Crew Quarters) has two double beds with a large 12 drawer dresser and a nightstand. There is also a wicker rocker and a vintage side table
The third bedroom (Captain's Quarters) has a queen bed and it's own 1/2 bath.
This apartment has a completely remodeled bath with a corner shower, a pedestal sink, and a toilet. This bath is very beachy in design from the floor that looks like the ocean to the fish border and accents.
One of the best features of this apartment is the Florida Room. It is so relaxing to just sit out there and read or just people watch. New furniture compliments the decor of this spacious and comfortable Florida room as well as new furniture in the dining room.

Every bedroom in each apartment has ceiling fans as well.
Each apartment also has full use of our two brand new outdoor showers with hot and cold water, our picnic area with two picnic tables complete with umbrellas, chairs as well as a chaises for lounging, and barbeque grills (two gas, one charcoal)
