We pride ourselves on being a FAMILY oriented building. We are NOT a party house nor do we do group rentals. We welcome responsible people who wish a nice quiet place to get away to for their vacation.

Apartment A is one of the largest three bedroom Dewey Beach rentals all on one level in Dewey Beach. This apartment will sleep 8, not including infants. Enjoy all the comforts of home with the ocean just a few steps away. Perfect for small children with no stairs and no roads to cross.
Availability

Apartment B is bright and airy and is our two bedroom ocean view apartment. This apartment will sleep six, not including infants. Availability

Apartment C is two bedroom and is a little larger than B and has a spacious balcony (ideal for smokers). This apartment will sleep six, not including infants. Availability

Each apartment has full use of our picnic area with its outdoor fireplace, tiki torches, barbecue grills, picnic tables, lounges, etc. We also have two wonderful outdoor showers with hot and cold water.

Enjoy the best vacation ever in any one of our very clean and comfortable apartments. All of our weekly summer guests are welcomed with a chilled bottle of wine upon arrival.
